Force 10 saves you time and money
Speed of Construction
A Force 10 prefabricated building can be constructed to lock up stage much faster than a conventional building due to our modular floor, wall and integrated roof system. On many projects we have built a 150m2 house to lock up stage in just 14 days, in just over half the time required by conventional building methods.
Secure product supply
We manufacture the Force 10 product in a controlled, secure factory environment thus ensuring that the capacity to supply the materials is not affected by external factors such as weather, vandalism, or theft. Secure product supply is a significant time saver in ensuring that project timelines are met and milestones achieved on time.
Off site Manufacture
The Force 10 building system is manufactured totally off-site (prefabricated) and arrives on site ready to erect with all materials to complete to lock up included.
Only One Delivery
Significant delays can arise in construction when waiting on many deliveries, which is typical in a conventional build. Standard building systems may require up to 70 deliveries with many follow-ups with suppliers to ensure product arrives on time. By contrast, with our system all items arrive in just one delivery. This is particularly important for projects in regional or remote area where the lack of one small item could cause delays of days or even weeks.
Quality and Strength
The quality, strength and durability of the Force 10 steel product means that delays in replacing damaged items (such as plasterboard walls in conventional buildings) are eliminated. Our product is made from Australian Bluescope steel and is virtually indestructible. Our materials are also weather resistant which means there is no “down time” due to rain or water damage.
Make Savings on Local Sub-contractors
Clients find that our system delivers a range of saving when engaging local subcontractors to help with the project. Construction is more efficient, materials are weather proof and lock up stage is achieve much faster. Typical trades (electricians, painters, plumbers, landscapers) can be in and out of the job much faster than normal, saving you money, which is especially important in remote areas where trades may be in short supply.
Design
Our in-house design office fast tracks building designs and the compliance of your Force 10 home to the Building Code of Australia (BCA) and other relevant codes. For large projects we have partnerships with engineering consultants, architects, air and hydraulic consultants, and all the resources that are required to ensure that a quick project start up.
