Force 10 has been successfully delivering multi-purpose buildings and community housing for many years. We listen closely to the needs of the community and local government to deliver specific, purpose built housing and community buildings. Our building are perfect for communities in regional and rural areas of Australia. Our steel prefabricated buildings are easy to build with a minimum of skilled labour, everything arrives on site in one delivery, and they are built tough to cope with extreme weather conditions.
Force 10 buildings are prefabricated in our Brisbane factory and then shipped to often difficult and remote locations to be assembled on site. The advantage of the Force 10 system is that, not only is it extremely robust, but the assembly process is very smooth. With the guidance of a Force 10 trainer or foreman, together with suitable on the job training, members of the community are able to assist with construction.

Emergency Safety Centre
Force 10 also has a range of Emergency Safety Centre (ESC) designs available, specifically designed for savage atmospheric conditions. Whether they are located in cyclone, earthquake, bush fire or flood prone regions, communities have the confidence that their Force 10 steel frame building can resist the most extreme weather conditions.
The Force 10 system uses prefabricated high-quality galvanised steel framed modular walls, floors and roofs to create extraordinarily solid buildings. These materials have been tested and certified to resist cyclonic winds up to 306kph and are fire resistant to bushfire attack level ‘Flame Zone’. The overall system is also clean and green with very little to no site waste and low CO2 emissions.
The ESC has been designed after more than 30 years of international experience and complies with all Australian Government building standards. There are 8 separate ESC models, depending on the number of people required to be sheltered. An Emergency Safety Centre can protect from 100 to 1000+ people, and also easily double for other community assets such as halls and libraries therefore maximizing the community benefit and investment.
