My initial request was for the supply an additional 55 units to cater for the conference market in York. However, when I had witnessed the speed of construction and the manner of how the units complemented the original Settlers House I made the decision to seek application for an additional 15 units making a total of 70 units. I have been extremely impressed with the ease of construction. This has also been very helpful given that noise and disruption to the existing Settlers house has been kept to a minimum.
