Force 10 North Queensland is a licensed dealer for the Force 10 Engineered Building System manufactured by Force 10 International Pty Ltd, and provide engineering and total construction solutions. We are based in Townsville, the regional hub of North Queensland servicing central, western and northern Queensland.
Buying a FORCE 10 Building
When you choose to buy a Force 10 building it can be planned by either using your design or with one of our pre-existing plans. We will also help you decide if your building will be on a concrete slab or steel piers. This is highly dependant on site conditions, including slope and soil type. Force 10 North Queensland will price your Force 10 building, providing you with a fixed quote to supply your building ex-factory, and an estimate of delivery costs. This price includes all the structural materials needed to construct your building to lock-up stage. Once you purchase your Force 10 building, Force 10 International manufactures it in their Brisbane plant, and it is shipped direct to your site.

Our years of experience allows us to offer you a total construction solution. From assistance with site selection and finance, through to obtaining local council permits and on-site construction management, you can trust Force 10 North Queensland to bring your project to completion.
Our Principal
Our principal is Peter Chapman (B.E. (Civil), M. Eng. Sci.), who has over 35 years of civil engineering design and consulting experience, in Australia and through out the Asia Pacific region. He is a member of the Institute of Engineers Australia. Our team includes consultants and builders throughout Queensland, around Australia and in other countries.

Force 10 International Pty Ltd is an associated company of Canstruct Pty Ltd, a civil engineering and building company with over 40 years experience in delivering difficult projects with formidable time, cost and environmental constraints.
The Force 10 system began development in the late 1980’s as an alternative to timber framed housing, which heralded the begining of integrated Floor, Wall and Roof engineered building systems. This system has been further refined to produce a unique construction method utilising the very latest environmentally friendly materials.
Over the years almost $20 million has been spent in Research and Development to develop a complete system with a number of key qualities including: strength; robustness; ability to be built rapidly by semi-skilled people; flexibility in size and design; excellent insulation; termite-proof; completeness so that all the materials down to the smallest screw are delivered in one shipment.
Force 10 International Pty Ltd has exported its engineered building system to over 30 countries across the world, specifically to Papua New Guinea, New Caledonia, the Pacific Islands, Caribbean, US Territories (Saipan, Guam, Kosrae, Pohnpei), Mainland USA (South Carolina, Mississippi, Louisiana) as well as Hawaii, Fiji, Tahiti, Vanuatu, Taiwan, Japan, Seychelles, Korea, and the Middle East (UAE).
Because of our focus on comprehensive building and logistical solutions Force 10 has developed an excellent reputation particularly in demanding and remote locations. We can deliver a kit home or building to any location. We reduce the number of variables on site by completing as much of the construction off site as possible, consistently resulting in superior structures erected to lock up approximately 50% faster than conventional building.
